Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Major Urban Centers (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad): 3 to 4 business days.

    • Secondary Cities & Regional Towns: 6 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping Charges & Payment Methods:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Not Available 

    • Prepaid Orders: Only prepaid orders are processed

  • Order Processing & Dispatch:

    • Orders placed before daily cut-off times (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM PKT) are dispatched on the same or next business day.

    • Telephonic or SMS order confirmation is often required prior to dispatch the order.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 7 to 15 business days worldwide.

    • Standard International Courier / Postal: 10 to 20 business days depending on destination customs clearance.

  • Shipping Rates & Calculations:

    • International rates are calculated strictly based on actual weight vs. volumetric/dimensional weight (whichever is higher).

    • Fuel surcharges and remote area delivery fees may apply depending on the destination zip code.

  • Customs, Duties & Import Taxes:

    • International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis by default unless specified otherwise.

    • The recipient is responsible for any applicable local import tariffs, customs duties, or Goods and Services Tax (GST/VAT) levied by the destination country's customs authority upon arrival.

  • Restricted & Regulated Items:

    • Liquids, hazardous items, and certain cosmetics/fragrances containing alcohol face strict international courier compliance guidelines and require proper dangerous goods declarations or air safety packaging.
